I’m Shah Haleem, a devoted family man, business and community leader running to be your next Fort Bend County Clerk. For the past 23 years, my wife Maggie and I have raised our two sons in Fort Bend County, a place we proudly call home. Maggie is a public-school teacher, and our sons are FBISD students- one recently graduated and is off to college this Fall. I am proud of my family. I am also proud of our Fort Bend community that has given us so many opportunities, friendships and support over the past 20+ years. As a businessman involved in computer information systems, technology and real estate, I’m grateful for my blessings but believe these blessings should be shared with the community. As a servant leader, I’ve spent the past 20+ years building relationships by helping people and giving back to the community.
My strong values of family, hard work and community service are what inspired me to run for Fort Bend County Clerk. This office touches on aspects of everyone’s lives, from birth and marriage certificates, property and court records and so much more. My campaign is founded on the 3 C’s: Character, Commitment and Community. With my unique education, business, leadership and community service background, I am ready to serve ALL the people of Fort Bend County from Day One! I have bold plans to help improve, innovate and transform the office to offer more transparent, secure, accessible and accountable services to the public, no matter where you live in the county.
